My clients range from competitive athletes in rugby, rowing, and Olympic lifting, to people focused on injury rehab, longevity, and simply feeling stronger in daily life. Whatever your starting point, the approach is always the same: honest, structured, and built around you.

I train and compete nationally myself, which means I understand what it takes to perform under pressure, and how to help you find that same capacity, whatever your goals look like.

Most personal trainers focus on reps and sets. I focus on the full picture: your movement, your mindset, and your life. With a background in Olympic weightlifting, corrective exercise, and a Master's in Psychology, I coach in a way that builds physical strength and mental resilience at the same time.

Olympic Weightlifting

British Weightlifting Level 2 coach and active national competitor. One of a handful of PTs offering technical Olympic lifting coaching in London.

Strength and Conditioning

NASM-certified performance training for athletes and non-athletes alike. Structured programming that builds real, functional strength.

Rehabilitation

NASM Level 3 Corrective Exercise Specialist. Evidence-based movement correction for injury recovery, prevention, and long-term health.

As well as a referral scheme to an Osteopath clinic in East Sheen.

Psychology of training

MSc Psychology in progress. Coaching rooted in the biopsychosocial model - building confidence, resilience, and sustainable habits alongside physical results.
